Our trip to Vietnam both started and ended at CLASSYC Hotel – and it couldn't have been a better choice. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It's perfectly located, within walking distance to most of Hanoi’s main attractions. The facilities are modern and well-designed, big plus for the groovy bar and a relaxing spa. But what really made our stay special was the incredible staff. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of every single day. This is a place we’ll never forget.     I was lucky I visit the "Hanoi Hilton", walked the lake very early in the morning which was amazing experiencing so many Vietnamese out exercising ... energy, music, smiles, laughter it was lovely. I also did a motor-cycle tour which was great ... a friendly and informative guide, coffee at the "train-street", walking around, great meals, wonderful friendly people, it was a great experience!

    Hanoi is an attack on the senses; buzzing with energy, culture, incredible food and shopping. You immediately find yourself emersed in this city, particularly the Old Quarter, and it becomes addictive. Your hotel will become a place of refuge where you will rest and recharge, but before too long you will be craving to get back out on those busy streets again to experience more!

    Ok, first thing..i prefer HCMC.

    Ok, first thing..i prefer HCMC. However i can see that if one was a first timer to Asia then this city would be more familiar perhaps. Old Quarter is v. busy, bars, touristy with all the accompanying pros and cons of that. Whatever you want will be offered to you within 10 minutes by a guy on a moped. The seedy side is not even beneath the surface. I don't pay it any mind, but for those with a weak constitution you could easily lose yourself here in a day. Just say no. Decent museum spots, sights and nice lakes. Grab bikes - blessing. My advice is to venture out of the Old Quarter, cross the bridge to the East and go explore that part too. An easy convenient city, compared to, say, Phnom Penh, but not as enjoyable as HCMC for me. I liked it, but i would probably go back to HCMC before Hanoi.

He arranged a 2 night cruise to Ha Long Bay and Cat Ba, and VIP transport to Ninh Binh. Pick up was direct from the hotel which was extremely helpful. Prices were very reasonable, cheaper than 12GO and Get Your Guide, etc. This is the best place to stay in Hanoi!!! We extended twice for a total of 7 nights! Thank you again!

    Excellent hotel in middle of Old Quarter. Young and energetic staff who are without exception the friendliest and welcoming I have ever had in a hotel. Genuinely interested and ready to help with anything you need. My room with balcony was lovely, and a surprisingly quiet haven from the noise of Hanoi surrounding it. Comfy bed, good shower, silent airco, safe deposit, complimentary coffee and tea, just how I like it. Breakfast delicious with Vietnamese and western options. Highly recommended!

    The hotel is fantastic. Our room had a small window and this is a luxury in Hanoi old quarter. The location is perfect, the room was super clean and QUIET, the bed really comfy and the staff was welcoming. Special mention to Justin who made us feel super special. The lady at the reception gave us the best recommendation for Bun Cha. Unfortunaly we couldn't have breakfast because we left too early, and the staff made sure that we had some food to take away. Just brilliant.

    Gorgeous boutique hotel with 5 star amenities and service. The room wss beautifully appointed with extra comfy beds and a generous waterfall shower as well as a bath. Our room overlooked the hubub of Hanoi and was right next to Old Quarter shops and markets, but was super insulated from the noise. The staff are very kind and attentive and nothing is too much to accommodate. A rooftop bar with wonderful views tops it off. This is a standout hotel, well worth a visit.
