Going there at the end of September allowed to enjoy great weather and an opportunity to see whales during the start of the whale season. The city was not very busy during the week, but weekend it gets busier than usual. We had the Grotto beach all to ourselves from the morning, midday the sun is very hot during Spring or summer, thus a good time to head for some lunch at nearby resturants to enjoy ocean meals or popular flame grilled meat. Mr Tito kept me company while I was waiting for the mess that I describe below - in relation to my booking - to clear up. Mr Tito was very polite and professional. He helped solve the issue, contacted the manager, and we had a very interesting and informative conversation in the 1 hour that I had to wait at the hotel's lobby.
