I can’t say enough good things about New Voga—it was honestly one of the best places I stayed on my trip! The whole place is impeccably clean and has a very warm, welcoming atmosphere. The location is just perfect: quiet but close to everything. What I appreciated most was how incredibly helpful and thoughtful the staff were. They shared great local tips, were always smiling, and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh, high-quality food and even gluten-free options when I asked, which meant a lot to me. I’d come back anytime without hesitation!

It is a beautiful English cottage in Puerto Natales. The place is very tastefully done by the couple who own and run the place - Carlos and Christina. They made us feel very warm and took very good care of us during our stay there. They made us a good breakfast every morning and even on days when we had to leave early for our excursions. They helped us with all the best tourist activities that had to be done at and from Puerto Natales. Felt like home. Absolutely lovely, wonderful and honest people. Very convenient place to take the navigation to Mirador Serrano Glacier.

Originally we had booked another place in Valpariso. Though we had booked it 6 months beforehand, they cancelled, while we were flying in. We were desperately searching for an alternative in the very booked out town. And we found this lovely place. Still walking distance to the sights to see, a fantastic view over the bay and most of all, very helpful and friendly staff. As we had planned our new year’s eve with the other place, we had no more dinner and nothing to welcome the new year. Carolina arranged everything for us last minute and saved our night! Big thank you!

Beautiful small hotel in a great neighborhood. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Our room was clean with a cozy bed. You have a great view from the terrace at the top floor.

Beautiful location, excellent and very friendly service from breakfast to organizing excursions, delicious and healthy food. The rooms are very well designed and the beds are comfortable. It is a calm place to relax and rewind, surrounded by peaceful, beautiful nature. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Fantastic little gem of a hotel, which definitely feels more like a bed & breakfast, because you feel right at home there. It's a former private house turned into a hotel, and feels very cozy and homey. Location is perfect to explore the coolest neighborhoods in Valparaiso (Cerro Alegre and Cerro Concepcion, it's right between the two) and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. But what really made a difference for me was Marcelo, the owner, who was super friendly and gave us great tips. That, plus the delicious made-to-order breakfast, which made a big difference vs. a traditional hotel! Would 100% recommend this beautiful place for anyone wanting to explore the city. I usually don't leave reviews but i was very pleasantly surprised by how nice the place was and especially how welcome the people working there made me feel! They were always ready to give me advice or recommendations for places to see and things to do. The breakfast was also excellent. I'll be sure to come back if i'm ever in Viña again!

Surrounded by full of nature, beautiful place. Very nice dinner course presentation. Hot water pool indoor (half outdoor) and cold water Olympic pool outside in nature was great combination. Perfect stay for forgetting routine for a while. Very recommended for relaxing holidays.
