Facing the beachfront, Black Mamba offers 3-star accommodation in Paul and features a shared lounge, terrace and restaurant. Comfortable room in a very creative design. Good food at the restaurant and a beautiful lounge for the guests. Charming and nice owner and staff. Would definitely come again.

Facing the beachfront, Hotel Savana offers 3-star accommodation in São Filipe and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and terrace. Excellent location for eating and shopping in the beautiful town center. But TAKE CARE about the so-called Tourist Guides outside of the hotel trying to sell guided tours. I pre-payed ONE HUNDRED EURO for an agreed price of two-hundred euro covering a full guided round-trip on Fogo island including volcano visit. When walking up an volcano the guide told me being only participant that the walk was a change in schedule and the full price would be ONE THOUSAND EURO - and that he had access to a credit card machine. I decided to leave the minibus and walk all the way back to Sao Philipe. Next day the host of Hotel Savana told me that he is an authorized tourist guide and the he did NOT do anything illegal - believe it or not...

Kira's Boutique Hotel is located in Mindelo. For a fee, Wi-Fi access is available in all areas. Free public parking is possible at a location nearby. the property is great: has several cozy terraces, is clean and small enough to feel personally cared for. The lovely owner and the staff went above and beyond to help us out with a flight issue, that we are beyond grateful for. A delicious breakfast too :)

Palmeira Da Cruz EcoLodge features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Chã da Igreja. The hotel provides both free WiFi and free private parking. This is why you don't give 10 when you rate places - because you can't give 11 to places like this. Absolutely amazing place. The hosts, Dani and Guy, are so nice. The food is amazing and the location is incredible. My best recommendation ever!

Boasting a terrace, bar and views of city, Ocean Suites is situated in Santa Maria, 100 metres from Praia de Santa Maria. The location was perfect between the beach and the Main Street. 2 mins walk to both. The staff were all lovely and went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcome.

After a long tour of Cabo Verde, it good to relax in the high of Fogo. Swimming pool, nice campaign around. Very peace full. Very comfortable bed. Nice and cool place. Efficient team. Featuring a garden, Casa da Djedja is located in Mindelo in the Sao Vicente region, 1.3 km from Praia Da Laginha and 600 metres from Torre de Belem. The location in the heart of Mindelo near everything I wanted to see. The clean room with the giant bathroom. But most importantly, the team who were just amazing, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, Patricia would go out of her way to make your stay better, they put so much effort into the littlest details like when I asked if they do laundry, my clothes came back after two hours smelling like a meadow! When I had to leave the hotel very early in the morning they packed me a mini breakfast to eat while traveling..
