The Westin Josun Seoul Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the popular Myeongdong and 350 metres from the City Hall Subway Station. Location. Close to everything. We enjoyed cocktail hour and breakfast very much. Also spa was fantastic! It was definitely one of the best hotel I've ever stayed!

Hands down the best part of my stay was the wonderful staff at the front desk. I worked with Ham and Dustin during the check-in and check-out processes and they were both absolutely phenomenal, providing attentive service and excellent recommendations. These gentleman provided the best customer service experience I’ve had so far in South Korea!

This feels like a 5 star hotel, large and clean rooms with everything you could need. Laundry was free also. Great location too, short 5min walk from the metro station with convenience stores within 1min walk. Strongly recommend!

Ideally set in the centre of Jeju, Ventimo Hotel & Residence Jeju offers free WiFi throughout the property, a fitness centre and free private parking for guests who drive. Excellent hotel. Very well located, close to great restaurant areas and the airport. The staff was extremely kind — they held our luggage while we waited for check-in and even allowed us to check in early. Truly great service. There’s a laundry area, which was very helpful and had clear instructions for using both the washer and dryer. The room was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the retro video game machine — I had a lot of fun with it! The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and easy to move around in. The atmosphere was very peaceful — we slept soundly without any disturbances. I’d definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and beautifully designed rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really liked the Korean style breakfast and the different tea options available. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
