It was very clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. Free luggage storage is a great option! My bed was also very comfortable. A lot of amenities were available including cosmetics and earplugs.

The staff are attentive to the comfort and well being of the guests at all times, they always responded to our messages instantly. They made sure we were comfortable and gave us lots of useful information on what to see and how to get around. The room was very clean and very well located, close to KK Waterfront and the markets. It is also very convenient that there are several shops, supermarkets and laundry facilities next door. Highly recommended in all respects.

This property truly exceeded our expectations. We were delighted with our room (Sanctuary Room), from its large size and spaciousness to the view of the pool from its balcony. The furnishings were all high end, minimal, very tasteful, and quality. The staff was very helpful and accomodating of special requests, the breakfast was excellent, and the pool was delightful.

Beautiful decor, beds are very comfortable. AC in room is very effective and also has ceiling fan. Bathrooms are very spacious and rooms are tastefully decorated and were immaculately clean during our stay. Great location, walking distance to most sights.
