El Baker's Suites, situado en Simpson Bay, a unos pasos de la playa y a 5 minutos en coche del aeropuerto internacional Princess Juliana, ofrece conexión WiFi gratuita. I liked how the frontdesk staff Latoya received me with kindness and big smile. Also that she showed me the room itself. Something that I've never experienced at no other hotel while travelling. And the housekeeping staff which her name is Christena Rodgers, went well above and beyond her effort for keeping everything nice and tidy. I appreciate it very much. I loved the location which is close to every supermarket, restaurant, bar and nightlife. Also the surroundings was quiet that I was not bothered in no way. I would definitely come back to St. Maarten and stay at Bakers Suites, my home away from home.

Este hotel boutique está situado justo en la playa de Great Bay, en la isla de St. Maarten, a 7 minutos en coche del muelle del Capitán Hodge. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Nicely decorated, a large room with two comfortable double beds. We had a sea view room with a good-sized balcony overlooking the beach. The bathroom is big and well laid out. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and assisted us with wheelchair and car parking. Coffee and tea facilities in the room, daily supply and extra on request including mineral water. High quality toiletries. A free sunlounger, parasol and beach towel. A great lively bar and very good restaurant. Location right at the bay. A trustworthy taxi driver, Mathilde, who also does island tours. During the day the town is lively with all the tourists from the cruise ships but after 6.00 shops, restaurants and bars close with very few exceptions. To have an alternative for the hotel restaurant a taxi or car needs to be taken. In addition to the restaurant in the hotel, we can recommend Emilio's which is relatively close but not really walking distance.
