Tracing the Pyan River south from Khorog, the Wakhan Corridor is sprinkled with picturesque villages, ancient shrines and crumbling castle ruins. The corridor runs right up to the border so it’s possible to cross into Afghanistan and explore the Wakhan from the other side. Great place! Great and very convenient location! Great staff! I made a mistake at the airport and took the wrong suitcase, it was very late at night and I did not have local currency, but the manager Ali called me a taxi, explained what to do and gave me money for the trip there and back!!! He helped me out a lot!!! Thank you very much!!! I wish you prosperity!!!

In the middle of the city, you find this mansion of a house with a tranquil and cozy court yard with the sounds of the small fountain.
The rooms are big and spacious, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Located in an area outside the city center, but just a couple of blocks from an avenue with restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
We loved just to sit outside in the evening and eat our food from the supermarket and just chill and relax after a long and warm day in the city.

It was my first time visiting Tajikistan, and this hotel was just amazing. The service I received from this hotel. The staff is super nice and polite. Feroz from reception was a wonderful, very helpful person I ever met in Tajikistan he was really nice and made my stay very comfortable. I felt like I was home, not a hotel. I’m visiting Tajikistan again in a couple of months and the staffs politeness and kindness will bring me back to Safir Hotel again. My room was very clean over all the hotel itself was clean and neat. Thank you, feroz for giving me such a great memories 💙
