I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Ibis Hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome right away. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s modern and cozy ambiance made it a perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Our short stay in Sarajevo was truly wonderful thanks to Royal Gold Hotel. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The location is also quite central — perfect for exploring the city. What impressed us most was the kindness and helpfulness of Ms. Tatjana. She contacted us in advance, welcomed us warmly, and generously gave us one of the largest rooms. She even arranged a taxi for us early in the morning. We truly appreciate her hospitality and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Sarajevo!
