Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel is pretty self service as it's decked out with digital locks on the doors. The furnishings in the hotel and the rooms were all tasteful and comfortable. Location is also really good, just on the edge of the city but still with lots of great food options around

I was very satisfied with all services in Creativhotel Luise. The room was very clean, breakfast just perfect, staff all very friendly. Furthermore you can walk easily to the town centre in about 10minutes. I definitely recommnend this place :)

Beautiful house and beautiful apartment! We were positively surprised how wonderful the place is! Sadly, we only stayed there 1 night, and also visited the city so we didn't have much time to enjoy the apartment but it is definitely lovely place! The room was great, had everything you might need, the surrounding and outside area was super chill, perfect for some relaxing time! There's also a swimming pool but it was a bit chilly afternoon so we didn't feel like using it. But the breakfast...! The breakfast should have it's own section of the review! We had to leave very early but the owner agreed for us to come a bit earlier, while she was still preparing breakfast, which was super nice! Breakfast is like a super great buffet but better than what you can imagine :) The variety of things, the quality of them was amazing! And the serving, how it's all presented on the plates made me speechless :) it is worth to stay longer in the Villa to enjoy more breakfast like that :) It is also a nice walking distance from the center, we really enjoyed walk to and back Bamberg city and also very positively surprised by the city itself. Think we might come back there one day :)

The service was excellent! Very flexible. For example, we had to leave early in the morning, and they immediately agreed to serve breakfast one hour earlier. My brother celebrated a birthday the day after, and they offered to create a special experience with a tiny addition to the price. We got a decorated table, a bottle of Prosecco and a package full of chocolates.
