Hotel has very good location, in a cozy and calm street, 5 minutes walk to Metro Station Rathenauplatz. Hotel is very clean, having all the necessary facilities, it was cleaned every day. Staff in the hotel is very nice and friendly. Hotel owner, Christina is very nice woman, friendly and polite. Breakfast at the hotel was very good, delicious food, well served.

Location was perfect for the Christmas Market and train station which were just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful , breakfast was busy so I was told I could wait in the bar which was fine even brought me and my friend a cup of tea while we waited. Wasn't long wait and breakfast was excellent.
