The staff members are exceptionally and consistently warm and helpful, from the front desk to the ski shop. For example, when we returned from a restaurant late and couldn't find the key pad to open the garage door, a staff member came out in a cold, snowy night to help us. The hotel is well decorated, with tons of books (in the rooms and the lobby). There are games and reading tables in the lobby, with free crepes during weekend afternoons. The drink station with reusable glass bottles for drinking water is a great idea. The spa is fantastic. Nice restaurants. Nice short walk to the city center. Coin laundromat nearby.

Lovely coasy little Hotel. Typical European room sizes, cannot complain about a thing, staff was lovely, breakfast was nice and the spa/sauna was appropriate.

We really liked our room (comfortable and nice) and we particularly liked the spa. Both were clean, new and beautiful. I also like that the staff gave us a lot of recommendations.

Hôtel Les Aiglons Chamonix is just a 10-minute walk from central Chamonix with views of Mont Blanc, Brevent or Les Aiguilles.

We had some issues in our first room with the ventilator, and the front desk gave us a new room, and an amazing upgrade, in no time. Lovely bar, nice spa facilities, great location.

Located in the centre of the spa town Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, La Féline Blanche Adult Only offers rooms with views of the Aravis and Mont-Joly Mountains.

The Flocons de Sel - Relais & Chateaux hotel is actually closed unfortunately (hotel, gourmet restaurant, and spa).

Flocons de Sel was absolutely fantastic - stunning location, beautiful rooms and spa, delicious breakfast and wonderful staff. There is nothing we could fault - highly recommend.

Les Loges Blanches Megève is located just 500 metres from the centre of Megève and 200 metres from Jaillet Cable Car.

This hotel is amazing, it has been our second time here. The 2-bedroom apartment is very comfortable, with all the amenities needed. All the facilities are very clean. The restaurant and bar are very enjoyable and with good food and service. The pool and sauna are a plus, even during winter time. We will come back!
