This is such a lovely small hotel in the very centre of St Jean de Luz in a pedestrian street. It is very quiet and peaceful. I was greeted warmly on arrival by Jennifer who helped me with my luggage. I was given a lovely, comfortable room with a balcony looking over the main shopping street. Every detail had been thought about, including providing black tea on request for the English tea drinker! The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the bathroom was very well equipped with an excellent shower. Breakfast with local products was delicious and served in a lovely room looking over the hotel terrace. I would thoroughly recommend Les Almadies and its owners, Jennifer and Mathieu, for a great place to stay. I hope to visit again.

Great location positioned conviniently next to the train station and a short walk to the halles, town centre and the beautiful bay. Rooms were a good size, comfortable and clean. Team were super lovely, helpful, friendly and accomodating.

Rooms are not spacious, as is always the case in France, but very comfortable, and have all you need. Beds are good, bathroom, closets, -- all of this is very much okay. Location is exceptional, the sea view -- wow! Steps from everything, worth seeing in Biarritz. Staff is professional and pleasant.

It was my second time at Saint Julien. What really stands out is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - truly exceptional. Apart from it, it is a charming, very comfortable hotel, quiet and close to everything.
