The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has an Elegant design. The beds were very comfortable. The restaurant steak and lobster was tasty and the staff were friendly. I used the conference facilities which were good generally, the room was a good size and the refreshments and buffet were excellent, however the Air Conditioning in the Asian Conference room did not perform very well and we were very hot, we also had a few problems with the lighting towards the end too.Guest review bySophieSolo traveller
