This hotel is amazing! Placed in a good area with a cozy coffee shop and local grocery stores, this hotel has given me an experience above my expectations. The room was very comfortable and super quiet. The mattress was a dream to sleep on. The Pool area and sauna are the perfect spot to unwind after your travels before going back to the Heathrow Airport Terminals. The whole premises are very tidy and clean. Staff here is super friendly and helpful. Roomservice and breakfast was hygienic, the menu has many choices for fun and healthy foods. The prices for everything and all extras were fair and reasonable. Thank you for this lovely stay.

The room was comfortable and clean with just the right amount of space despite us having brought quite a few big bags. We loved their breakfast where there was a good spread of drinks, cheese, fruits and cereals plus hot meals such as a full english breakfast. To top it all, the location was excellent as it was a short walk to Earl’s court tube station which connects us to all points of London conveniently. If we’re ever back in London, we will definitely stay here again.

Attentive staff. I had the pleasure of being attended to by a Portuguese person, so my initial communication was in my native language. The room was comfortable, well-insulated, and clean, with an extremely comfortable bed. The location is perfect, with several restaurants and shops. Additionally, the metro is less than a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast was well-served, and the staff was attentive.
