I can not express my absolute happiness with the professionalism and attention to detail from this hotel. They contacted me about 3 or 4 weeks before we were meant to arrive and notified me that they were renovating and were unable to accommodate us. As a result, they would find us something else. And they did. They put us up in a far more expensive hotel and we were only required to pay the amount they were going to charge us. So they paid the huge difference - over twice the amount as the hotel they put us in was a boutique hotel with only 5 rooms - extremely fancy. I noticed on booking com that there were cheaper hotels available but this hotel choose to put us up in a more expensive place. This is a huge expensive for this hotel and it showcases that they are serious about their customers. Throughout the experience they notified us about every single step and answered all our questions. When we got there, they were renovating and it looks like it will be even better than their photos on line (the hotel that they organised for us was about 30 metres away so we had a look at their renovations). It will definitely be a place to stay. It is seems to have very nice views. Thank you so much for ensuring that you found something suitable for us. You really went out of your way and I can not express our thanks enough. The hotel that you put us in was absolutely lovely as well. It was raining on the day and the lady got us from the parking area - about 20 metres away or so. I can not recommend this hotel enough for looking after their guests and ensuring when something goes wrong they will do something about it and make their customer happy. Please note, that I have never stayed at this hotel before so it wasn’t like I am a regular and they are expected to look after me more. . I look forward to staying in your newly renovated hotel.

Great place and rooms with magnificent view. But the most amazing emotion comes from hosts - Nina and Umberto are so lovely and helpful! We had a problem with our motorcycle and they did everything that we could find help and continue our trip. Grazie!

We loved everything about the hotel. The lovely and welcoming staff. Viviana who helped us with every request. The beautiful and spacious room, the daily cleanliness of the room, and most of all the amazing location of the hotel, right in the center and yet completely quiet in the room, you don't hear any noise. Room was large and airy, staff were friendly and helpful. Caterina in particular was a star, from communicating prior to arriving (via WhatsApp), to checking us in, to pointing out places to see and where to get food, and liaising with tour companies and getting tickets for us.

    The premises was beautifully presented, loved the design details, great location, fantastic staff, we loved how you had the use of beach bag and towels, great space saver not having to carry a family load worth of beach towels in our suitcases. We had the most nutritious and delicious breakfasts which was such a treat, lovely way to start the day!
