Hajar, the Guest Relations officer, deserves special recognition for her outstanding hospitality. Her warm smile and genuine care made me feel like a valued guest. Furthermore, the receptionists, Badr and Fatima-Zahra, were incredibly professional and efficient. Their friendly demeanor and helpful attitude made the check-in and check-out processes seamless. The valet parking service was also top-notch, with the staff demonstrating exceptional professionalism and care for our vehicle. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. We can only recommend this place - It is a very nice hotel with a good location in Casablanca. Nice and big rooms, and very kind staff. Especially the owner of the hotel was very kind and hospitable to us - Very attentive and asked about what we would like to experience in Casablanca. At the same time, he gave us recommendations for restaurants. We luckily followed his recommendations and ended up eating at some really good and cozy restaurants, which were also a big part of our experience in and of Casablanca. He even offered and gave us a lift one day as he was heading in the same direction as us.
