The location was perfect with views of the ocean from the pool and bar area. A short walk down the hill to swim in the sea off a rock platform. A quick bus trip to get into central Kas. The reception and bar staff were fantastic, welcoming us and organising day trips and transport.

Great views of the winter Sunset. Spacious apartment with good amenities Great host very helpful and polite. Defintley would stay again. Not far from Mermaid beach and reasonable distance from town centre plenty shops nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The host was very pleasant and kind. It's conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the main city activities and 2 minutes from delightful breakfast cafes. The room is well-equipped for cooking if needed. I was particularly impressed with the perfect bathroom – I haven't seen anything like it in Turkey, complete with warm flooring. I recommend choosing a room on the first floor (ground floor in Turkey), as it offers additional space on the balcony. Enjoy your stay!

I got upgraded to a 55m2 room，which is on the second floor with a spacial balcony with good view to the sea and very big nice bath room. The breakfast also very nice，you can even order it to your room，the orange juice very refreshing. The beach （rock beach） very private and beautiful，better leave half day there. No need to mention the lovely lady owner， who can speak German， she is so friendly and helpful，make you feel like stay at home.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The view, the food, and the rooms were all excellent. If you like dogs and cats, you’ll also feel quite at home here. patara Prince is exceptional. It’s beautiful, the views are amazing . The rooms or villas are outstanding. This was my 7th visit and won’t be my last.
