Having a wonderful holiday with my wife and 21 year old daughter. Jam packed with daily activities and high quality staff. A special shout out to Ms. Tulay Basdemir, who is the guest relations manager. She achieves what others strive for in customer service. Anything we needed/requested she went far beyond the call of duty. Thank you truly Ms. Basdemir for helping make this vacation exceptionally good. The hotel, staff, food, rooms were great. The pool was REMARKABLE!!!!!! Met people from all over the world. "Service with a smile" is an understatement. The Concorde Deluxe Resort was fantastic!! Highly recommend this resort. Thank you for a fantastic holiday.

It was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in, modern, large complex but still giving an intimacy feeling, as compared to other huge hotels in the area. We loved everything, from the luxurious rooms to lush vegetation, variety of activities, bars and restaurants, delicious food (you can get absolutely everything you could wish for), quality drinks, nice pools and beach with fine sand and clean waters… not to mention the kindness of the staff. I will definitely come back to Calista, luxury at its finest!

The all inclusive resort Spice Hotel & Spa was the best choice we made for our family vacation in Antalya! It was more than we expected, from the interior design to the majestic outdoor design of the building. The service was excellent and the staff was welcoming and professional, always looking after us and the rest of the guests. The kindest guest relations manager Maral helped us settle down and gave us a tour, whilst everyone ensured we were satisfied throughout our whole stay. The pools, the view, the entertainment, the many options at restaurants and bars was highly appreciated. We always felt satisfied with our meals and had access to anything we would want. The spa was fantastic and the water slides were so fun! The kids loved it. I cannot recommend this hotel more than I already did, and we will happily be back as soon as we get the chance. The facilities and the hotel description doesn’t do justice to the actual atmosphere and experience. Thank you to everyone who made our stay unforgettable!!! Ps, the view is breathtaking 😍

I would like to share my experience and feedback about the resort. I was very impressed with cleanliness of the hotel, both in all the common areas of the resort and in the rooms. The rooms are modernly furnished, AC works without problems. I was also impressed by the very helpful and friendly administrators at the front desk and all the service staff. I would like to thank the restaurant chef for the fresh and varied food served. In conclusion, I would like to thank the entire team for excellent service, good communication, and high standards of resort. Everything was perfect. At the reception we got a free upgrade to a sea view room and pool. All the rooms are tidy and clean and they refilled our room with free mineral water every day. We had paid breakfast and dinner and it was fantastic, such a good choice of food. I loved the prawns every night and the toast with caviar for breakfast. The service is impeccable and friendly. We didn't use the water park, we walked across the street to the beach club every day where the hotel has free sunbeds and umbrellas.

It was right in the middle to old town , it was a beautiful grand old place and the breakfast was to die for ❤️
