The hotel staff were excellent. They were very friendly, polite and helpful.They assisted me ordering Ubers for travel to the airport and the military museum. Room was spacious,clean and comfortable. Restaurant food delicious.

This is one of the most underrated stays in Johannesburg. Saying the facilities are beautiful is an understatement. The staff are friendly and kind. I wish I stayed longer, I would come back just for an extended stay here.

Breakfast was such a spoil, I really think this hotel is underrated in terms of value for money. What a treat to be here! All the staff were so friendly, the ambiance was calming and comforting, the flowers everywhere were a beautiful touch and just overall such a good choice!
