I was surprising my daughter, who was playing her first show at "Live on Elgin" and I was only 2 blocks away. There was also a plethora of stores and restaurants, within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. I expected a basic room, but was given a suite that exceeded my expectations. The unit was, also, extremely clean and comfortable, as well as very well equipped. The amenities we're also good. The provided breakfast was fairly good and there was access to free laundry. It was a home away from home and so much better. I would, if in similar circumstances, stay there again.

Directly across from the National Arts Centre, this non-smoking, landmark hotel is only steps from major attractions, and offers spacious accommodations with 49-inch TVs and first-class amenities in the city centre of Canada's capital. The Hotel location was great! Very clean room and staff was very friendly. Used the valet service and couldn't be more happier. So close to a lot of amenities! Parliament was so close by and got to walk around and see the amazing structures of the government buildings.

The bar is stocked with local craft beers, a selection of wines and a number of house made cocktails. For those who prefer in-room dining, room service is available from 06:00 to 22:00 every day. Great location. Amazing room. Good gym. Smart choice.

Clean, nicely decorated room, with some sort of a Victorian vibe. Comfortable bed, good wifi; balcony - although it's usually cold and snowy outside at this time of the year - was a big plus. The breakfast was up to expectations as well. The gentleman at the reception kindly offered us both a free room upgrade and an early chek-in (although initially we only planned to leave our luggages, as we arrived more than an hour before the check-in time, Canada most likely being one of the countries with the atest check-in hours on the planet), which we much appreciated. The hotel itself - a nice brick-clad building on a rather quiet street - is within walking distance of both the main attractions and an underground train station (very convenient to those who reach the city by means of public transportation). Last but not least, we found some decent restaurants nearby.
