Hotel Brienzersee has the excellent location overseeing the lake. View from the hotel is exceptional and stunning. We stayed at the room facing the lake and the view was breathtaking. The Host Carmen was very warm and pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast spread was wide with choice selection of the various fruits and cheeses. I highly recommend this place in Interlaken Although it is a few km away from Interlake Ost station in Ringenberg, the hotel provides free bus passes to Interlaken Ost which was a very useful and thoughtful. I would certainly stay here again in my next visit to Interlaken

Views extend to the Jungfrau, over the rooftops of Interlaken, or the nearby Harder. Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. Concierge team are professionals and they go out of their way to provide whatever assistance required. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

The rooms at Hotel Interlaken offer free wired and wireless internet access, cable TV, a safe, and a work desk. -it was 5 min walk from the station -near Restaurants and supermarket Coop 5 -clean rooms and clean toilets -staff were really helpful they guided us and let us leave our luggage for a full day after checkout - the breakfast buffet was really good and had lots of varieties - it was a perfect stay

Hotel Lötschberg offers free WiFi in all rooms, free tea and coffee around the clock and free use of the microwave and the fridge. The staff were so friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. The lady who checked us in was so welcoming and friendly which made us feel right at home and she even helped me out with an adapter for my phone charger as I realised I had the wrong one. The rooms were lovely and had stunning views! 10/10 would recommend! The breakfast was also very good!

The rooms have a view of the mountains of the Bernese Oberland and include a flat-screen cable TV. The view was beautiful, it was conveniently located. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to accommodate a request we made about the bedding. The breakfast was very nice, and we really appreciated the complimentary coffee and cake in the afternoon. I also appreciated the tv guide with specification for which channels came in which languages.
