Situated in a historic building right at the heart of Melnik, Penzion U Zámku is only 30 metres away from Melnik Castle. The property has been awarded The Best Guesthouse of 2017 Award. Free WiFi and free on-site parking are available, as well as free parking on the square nearby. The room was lovely. It was larger than we expected -- two rooms (and one had some parts of a ceiling mural from Medieval times). Both rooms had heaters, which were both needed and welcome. The beds were super comfy. A very cozy apartment for a really good price. The staff was friendly, spoke English (though we had enough Czech to communicate with them as well). The location was just off the central square, so fairly convenient to everything in the center.
