The room was large and very clean and comfortable, with views to a nice square in the historical city center. The toilet was new and very clean. The location in the city center makes the difference when visiting Brno. It's a short walk away from the train station for a fast connection, and has a very convenient valet service if you travel by car. The staff is amazing, with an authentic interest in making your stay comfortable.

The staff is professional, friendly, and very helpful — they even sent back some luggage I had accidentally left behind. The breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended!
