Very good communication from hosts, providing instructions for check-in before our arrival that were clear to follow. Location could not be better, right in the middle of the old town area of Tallinn. It was a 1 minute walk to the Christmas market. The place worked great for our group of 5, giving us room for meals together and hanging out with a local friend. Nice furnishings, and overall a really great place.

The interiors of the Taanilinna are decorated with medieval features, including stone-exposed walls and period accessories. The location was very close to old town. It honestly couldn’t have been better. The hotel is beautiful, especially if you like old world decor. The staff is very nice too. They kept our luggage for us after our stay. We had sometime before our ferry was leaving so we explored a little more without that burden.

The staff and the service were lovely. We appreciated the turndown service and the kids' extras (teddy bear, mini bathrobe, nice coulourings..). Although central, the apartment was quiet and safe. Communication with the owners was easy and they were most helpful - nothing was too much trouble. I loved my stay and would highly recommend it.
