But the best thing about it was the lovely receptions Ioanna who always had a smile on her face, warm lovely caring nature & greeted you with respect & made you feel like home. She also made time to have a chat with us, nothing was a problem for her always to help & offer recommendations to all the site’s & restaurants. She even helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs to our room . We loved our stay at Gianna Suites I would definitely recommend the hotel & I will definitely be staying here again !

Surrounded by fragrant gardens and lush lawns, the 5-star resort offers 2 swimming pools, a spa and a poolside bar restaurant. Service was absolutely the best!! Our transportation from the airport didn’t come, but we got a complimentary transportation on our last day so we were happy with the solution. Very beautiful environment and clean everywhere. The reception staff helped us with booking a catamaran trip, which was amazing. I can recommend to anyone staying in Santorini.
