The Waterfront Rest B&B is a beach-front property located on the peaceful Wild Atlantic Way in the heart of Connemara. Rooms overlook the beautiful water and free WiFi is available in public areas. The property is recommended by Le Guide du Routard. This was our first experience in a bed and breakfast and we thoroughly appreciated it. The host was friendly, warm, and possessed an excellent sense of humor. The breakfast was generous and accompanied by a variety of options made available to us. The premises were clean, full of charm, and offered a beautiful view of the water. I recommend this establishment without hesitation.

Buttermilk Lodge offers self-catering apartments 5 minutes' walk from Clifden town centre, you can just park your car and easily walk to town.

There are 3 apartments with private external entrance - 2 x one-bedroom on the ground floor and 1 x two-bedroom self-catering apartment on the first floor, upstairs and 3 further apartments located in the main building, entered by the main entrance - 2 x one bedroom and one x 2 bedroom, these are located on the first floor -upstairs. Everything was perfect! The location, the interior, the beds were so darn comfy :) a walk-in shower, shower gel and shampoo were provided, the kitchen with all its appliances were new and in absolute perfect conditions! Walk into town was like 10 minutes. Overall it was just perfect!

Kettle with teas and coffees on the table. Very peaceful and quiet place.

Centrally located in the heart of Clifden Town Square, the Alcock and Brown is perfectly situated for you to leisurely browse the local shops, boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants, while being perfectly located to explore the beautiful surroundings of Connemara on day trips. A really lovely hotel to stay for reasonable price. Spacious rooms, excellent breakfast. Sited amid of town. Really nice restaurants and bars around. No elevator in the hotel, though.
