We got an upgrade to Junior Suite with a balcony, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, the bed so comfy!!!

El Eyal Hotel, inaugurado en 2014 y situado a 100 metros de la plaza de Zion en Jerusalén, ofrece un alojamiento con muebles modernos y conexión WiFi gratuita. The hotel was really comfortable and convenient. It is located near to most of the historical/Biblical places - and was a few meters from the Zion square. The old city Jaffa gate was a few minutes walk from the hotel. Then Mahne Yehuda market was also at a walking distance. I walked around Jerusalem - and it was just perfect that all the Biblical places were SO closeby. The hotel was clean and the staff was good. The breakfast was nutritious and healthy, with a lot of options. Perfect breakfast. Overall the hotel was just perfect value for money. The views outside the hotel were not flattering. But that is okay, since it was right by Zion Square with so many restaurants/eateries and shopping outlets. Honestly, it was more than I expected.

The restaurant within the hotel is closed due to the lack of tourism because of the war; but the juice/sahlab stand by the entrance is superb.
