The rooms of Rome Airport Sleep And Fly are stylish and come with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and cool tiled floors. Breakfast is served in the garden in pleasant weather. Everything about my stay was perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable - and the ride to the airport is very short. Luca was incredibly kind, helpful, and communicative. I highly recommend, and this will be my go to choice for an airport hotel.

A short distance to the train station which is nice when you come from Rome. Very clean and quiet. A patio to sit out have a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the sea. The grounds were very peaceful considering they were close to an airport. Nice garden. Friendly staff. Good room amenities ( roll up toiletry kit, yoga mat medicine ball, indoor slippers and outdoor thongs, robes ,bag and usual tea coffee…). Overall very pleasant stay.
