Good ac and hot water always available. Property is beautifully maintained. The family that manages the property are warm and helpful. They have a super cute dog named ASH too! Delicious breakfast was included with the hotel. More value for the amount we paid.

The Elephant Stables es un establecimiento precioso, con vistas al entorno verde de Kandy. Está ubicado en un antiguo bungalow de la época colonial. Lo seleccionamos como un lugar de tranquilidad en una ciudad un poco caótica y superó todo lo que esperábamos. La ubicación, las vistas desde el comedor abierto, la cocina, el servicio y la estética del lugar hacen que si buscas un lugar para reposar 1 semana, este sea el sitio perfecto!

La Villa 49 se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad de Kandy, a 1 km del famoso templo del Diente. El restaurante sirve platos locales y occidentales. Hay conexión Wi-Fi y aparcamiento gratuitos. This villa is a short walk to Kandy lake and about 10-15 mins to the city centre. The villa is an older property with nice views across the valley. We enjoyed watching the monkeys from our balcony as they made their way across the rooftops everyday. The host Shenani and her staff are a delight. Shenani is a great cook and we enjoyed beautiful Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner. Shenani also gave us some excellent options for temples to visit in the nearby countryside. Very helpful with onward transport too. Shenani also surprised us with chocolate brownies baked from the Edmonds cookbook which any Kiwi reading this will know well.

El Sky Pavilion se encuentra a solo 2,5 km del templo Sri Dalada Maligawa y ofrece alojamiento moderno con vistas al río Mahaweli, a las montañas y a la exuberante zona verde. Everything! 😍 It was a nice surprise The hotel is in the high part of Kandy ( facing knuckles mountain and a golden Buddha), the view is spectacular. The Sky Pavilion is a jewel, decorated with taste, it’s quiet , clean and rooms are beautiful all with the stunning view on the mountains and you can also relax by the pool The manager takes a good care of his guests and the staff is really helpful and nice . They will help you with everything, visits, food and drinks , transportation , money change etc… In addition, the cooking is really good , the breakfast is top ! And finally , their Tuk Tuk driver is a gem, he will take you to the best places in the city . I will come back there .

El Hotel See Kandy, situado entre las colinas verdes y frondosas de Kandy, ofrece una piscina al aire libre y habitaciones cómodas con balcón y vistas a las montañas. Wonderful view of Kandy, great interior, and super friendly staff. Also the room itself was huge, very beautiful, and though fully designed, loved it.

El Settle Inn Tourist Lodge está situado en un entorno semirural, a solo 1 km de la ciudad de Kandy y el Templo de la Reliquia del Diente. Ofrece un restaurante, aparcamiento privado y WiFi gratuita. We had two rooms. In one room, we had a 4 year old. There was no charge for him, but an extra bed was provided. Rooms were super clean. Very nice upgraded bathrooms. The host was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good...standard fare with a nice fruit plate. The location was great. We walked to town along the lake. For families, there is a big playground right at the bottom of the hill, on the way to the lake and town.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive. Special thanks to Mr. Susantha and Mr. Malinga, whose genuine care and hospitality made our stay both comfortable and memorable. They went above and beyond preparing a special breakfast for our little boy and thoughtfully arranging a taxi for our departure. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out, and we are grateful for the experience. Highly recommend. .
