We loved the rooftop pool and lounge area, perfect balance of shade and sun options. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and we even got a free upgrade to a room with a lovely balcony. The road was quiet and had security, the area felt safe at night. The host was very friendly and accommodating, included clear instructions to access the property, recommended local restaurants, and was available by text at all times. We can’t recommend this location enough!

Casa Don Diego features air-conditioning and private bathrooms in every guest room. All rooms feature a balcony or terrace. The room was decorated to perfection with lots of charm and character, and plenty of space to spread out. My son loved swinging on the hammock in the middle of the room. The pool was just a few steps from our room and a beautiful little oasis surrounded by flowering trees. Breakfast was delicious and included local honey.

The villas at Viceroy Riviera Maya are furnished with a private kidney-shaped pool and flat-screen TVs with DVD players. Free Wi-Fi is provided and room service is available. Service was incredible. All inclusive option was much higher quality than any other resort.

Unic Design Hotel can assist guests 24 hours a day in the front desk. Beautiful and clean, spacious room, large bed, excellent aircon, location and breakfast. The receptionist was so kind and lovely. I don’t understand how it is only rated 8 on booking.

The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. We really liked the place. Stayed there twice. The pool area was amazing. Restaurant a bit pricey so didn’t eat there. Close to good restaurants and 10-15min walk from the ADO bust stop. They rent bikes as well. Staff is really friendly.

The hotel has a charming and cozy vibe, with beautiful décor and friendly staff who made us feel genuinely welcome. The rooftop terrace was a great place to relax in the evenings.
