The space is fabulous, well equipped and very clean. The hot tub with the view made it so memorable. And having morning breakfast with Mike’s delicious food and Wookie keeping us company made us feel at home. If you’re lucky enough to snag an apartment here book it!

This has to be one of the best places I have stayed.

Just a short drive away from busy Paihia, you find this very clean and well maintained Motel. We enjoyed the pool in the lush gardens. The rooms are spacious, with super comfy beds. Highly recommend, we would come again!

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. Very clean and tidy, great spot if you want to just get away from city life. Stones throw from beach. Other family were around the corner in walking distance beach front property was great for the kids and safe. I went walking with my brother into Russell, the hill back took the wind out of us but was great got our steps up! The owners were easy to deal with very nice people.

Each studio and apartment at Averill Court Motel Paihia includes satellite TV and some movie channels available. All rooms feature plunger coffee and an electric kettle and either a kitchen or kitchenette with cooking facilities. Excellent location, just 10 minutes walk to the wharf. The unit is very clean and well equipped, really like the kitchen panel and facilities. Every unit has its own parking space. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for 3 nights in an apartment.
