Large living room with separate bedroom. There was a well equipped, small kitchenette. A large, very clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. There were several facilities for fishermen. It was very pleasant to sit on the deck and watch the birds. It was a short walk to the river. There were laundry facilities on site. We loved the place.

Everything in this property was clean & we had room service every morning for the last 4 days we have stayed here. The receptionist man is very helpful too we are on our last day here & he has made our stay here an awesome one he helped us from the start up until our last day which was meant to be today but we enjoyed it so we added one more night because of their services and how helpful and clean they are, we also got the first room to the right so the view looking at the beach in the morning when the sunrise is up until it sets was one of my highlights and it's just close to all the shops and walking distance too. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay visiting Taupo, definitely wont be my last time here i'll be back for sure with the rest of my family one day.

Located on the edge of Lake Taupo, The Cove- On The Lake offers luxury rooms with satellite TV and either fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes. It features a tour desk that can book local activities, including trout fishing, skydiving and mountain biking. Free parking is available on site. What a pleasure it was to stay at The Cove. The manager could not have been more accommodating, simply excellent service. The room was lovely, well appointed. We truly enjoyed our stay.

It features a hot tub and a barbecue area with outdoor seating. Free parking is available on site. Breakfast was good but they cleared the buffet away to early.

All individually air-conditioned rooms include free WiFi, free on-site parking and a 55 inch Smart TV with Freeview and casting/streaming abilities. Beautiful place, right on the Lake. We had a lakefront studio and the room was beautiful, immaculate, comfortable and had a great view from the balcony. The whole place was beautiful and the staff we met friendly and helpful. The food was the best dinner we have had since visiting NZ!

The location was very beautiful over looking the lake. Many lush greenery and cute lemon trees. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The duty managers Peter and Sherwin-Dan were very helpful and accommodating. They both gave excellent service. I highly recommend the HILTON LAKE TAUPO to anyone who will visit Taupo.
