First of all - the amazing view from the balcony. Simply breathtaking. We didn't even switch on the tv while staying there for 3 days, we just stared at the waves... The room was spacious and super clean, nicely decorated. The food!!!!! We got halfboard option and it was the best decision. Both restaurants were amazing, the dinner for me was a day ending adventure of itself every day.

La Casa das Proteas ofrece vistas al océano Atlántico y se encuentra en Estrada das Covas no8, São Jorge, en la isla de Madeira, a 50 km de Funchal. Beautiful home, comfortable and completely renovated. The host Teresa is very nice. Looking forward to returning.

Recently awarded as Europe's Leading Design Hotel, the luxurious Vine Hotel is located in Funchal and offers a fusion restaurant with stunning views, a Wine Therapy Spa, and a rooftop infinity pool. Central location, overall vibe and beds were very comfy. We had a courtyard/shopping mall interior room which was very quiet. Pool was cool.

The location is excellent and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Facilities and breakfast are amazing.

Beautiful property in a great location for hiking to Pico Ruivo and Pico Areeiro. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They made us feel very special. The Hibiscus Restaurant had wonderful food and Fabrício was great!

I had a pleasant stay at Golden Residence Hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the food was tasty with a good variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel offers great views of the surrounding area, and I enjoyed relaxing by the small but cozy pool. Overall, the facilities and services were good, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay in Madeira.

Esta mansión restaurada de Madeira, situada a 900 metros del centro histórico de Funchal, ofrece terrazas y jardines botánicos con vistas panorámicas al mar, a la ciudad y a las montañas. Breakfast was in a-la-carte style (but you can order out of the menu whatever you want and how much you want) : always staff were offering fresh juices. Room was with a great view to Funchal and ocean, nice sunsets. Balcony was not private (shared with 3 rooms), but during our stay we were using it alone. There were living two dogs Labradore in the hotel that cheered us up every morning :). View from hotel is amazing - you can enjoy it every morning with delicious breakfast. Hotel location is also good- next to the restaurant street. Recommend this hotel for sure!
