Pleasantly surprised by this resort of which I had some doubts at first. The shining star for us was the restaurant (The Cove Bistro) - eat to your hearts delight (or until you drop) with so much variety in addition to amazing seafood options and affordability. Also, if you spend over some amounts at the restaurant, you get discounts at the Starbucks counter. The resort is well situated with a small island right in front of it. You can swim, snorkel or kayak to this island with ease or just chill on the beach which is clean and sandy. There are two large pools, one with a bar. The room was so spacious and modern, had a massive bathtub and a shower. The rooms walks out onto a balcony that is directly connected to the upper pool, and has lounge chairs and a hanging nest to swing around in. The staff really are the spirit of Thailand: kind, friendly, helpful and engaging. Also, if you're an animal lover, there are also doggos and cats to welcome you.

If not for food we would not go out of the resort, it is so green and enjoyable. Our apartment was very pleasant, the aircon worked well, the bathroom was nice, the beds comfortable and we had a beautiful wooden balcony with a sunset view. The stuff is super helpful, you can fill the bottles with drinking water for free. Sunset beach is just below the resort, the beach is not crowded and a bit hidden from the rest of the island. The location of breakfast is breathtaking, next to the beach with a spectacular view, you have five options of breakfast to choose from, it is a simple breakfast but there is no better option anywhere nearby.
