We stayed in suite #1201 with a stunning view of the Empire State Building and a balcony. Beyond the exceptional cleanliness and room details like the fridge, in-room coffee, and sofa bed for a third guest, what made this experience unforgettable was the kindness of the staff. A special thanks to Mr. Brandon and Lazzano at the front desk, and to the housekeeping team for their flexibility and helpfulness, from arranging room service to extending our stay and helping us book a Broadway show. The staff was warm, professional, and made us feel truly welcome in New York. The hotel’s location in central Manhattan, steps away from the Flatiron and 10 minutes from the Empire, is unbeatable, with everything you need nearby. Don’t miss the great Mexican restaurant, Mamazul, just downstairs. Highly recommend!

The accommodations at Casablanca Hotel by Library Hotel Collection include a flat-screen cable TV, DVD player and iPod docking station. A bathrobe and slippers are supplied in the en suite bathroom. Staff were Amazing!!! Location was the best and the 2nd floor lounge with breakfast was also a really nice touch. Will be back when we return to NYC

A continental breakfast is served every morning at this Manhattan property. Concierge services are available on site. Definitely a place we will book again if we will be back in New York. Location, space, people are all amazing. We enjoyed our stay here that we cancelled our other hotel bookings and stayed here after a weekend trip somewhere else.

Each of the spacious and contemporary rooms at The Mercer has high ceilings and is equipped with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. The marble bathroom includes a walk-in shower with body sprays. Video game systems are available upon request. I was pleasantly surprised by the Mercer. The staff are definitely the highlight (shout out to Joshua) in how friendly and helpful they are. It’s nice that the lobby is just for guests. The room was spacious and they welcomed me with a cookie from Laduree! You can also book a small gym room to work out in, or go to the partner gym if you want something more elaborate. Location is excellent too.
