The beds were extremely comfortable, and the whole building was very quiet after a certain time, which made for a peaceful stay. The washing machine was very efficient perfect for a longer stay. The apartment was excellently equipped. The host was very understanding and allowed us to check out late. He was easily reachable on WhatsApp, which was a big help.

The apartment was extremely clean and wide, more than I expected, equipped with all facilities. We really enjoyed our stay here.we were 2 adults with 2 kids and it was a very good choice to stay here. Highly recommend it. The host was highly responsive and also helped us with delayed checkout. We stayed here for one night on our way back from holiday in Italy. An amazing place with its own unique atmosphere. Absolute silence, comfortable room in the old family residence surrounded by a beautiful garden. And a wonderful breakfast :) Special thanks to Biljana for her service and hospitality. This apartment is really very beautiful. Great location in the city. Architecture and design really appreciate the great work of the architects. Wonderful. I'd really like to live in an apartment like that. Beautifully light and unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the apartment more.

We stayed with two adults and two children.
Everything was there and the facilities were perfect.
Even the back of the TV was cleaned and the room was very clean. There were even children's beds and toys prepared, and the children were very excited.
The owner was also very kind and gave us many recommendations for places to visit in Linz. We had thought about walking around the city a bit in the evening, but it was so comfortable that we spent the time in the apartment.
We would definitely like to use it again!
