The personnel were beyond amazing! Sam and Zak couldn't have been more friendly, professional, helpful and added a great deal to the enjoyment of our stay. Breakfast was excellent; good variety and well prepared. Location was excellent and convenient to transportation. Also, the shower was amazing!

The view from the 9th floor room was breathtaking. I wanted to show off Sydney to my Belgian partner and we arrived to the most spectacular view of the Bridge and the Opera House with the bonus of cockatoos skylarking in the rooftop pool next door. Such an Aussie scene! I highly recommend getting out of the city a little and staying at this location. Beautiful walk into the city via AGNSW and the Domain. The room is a little older but very, very clean and nicely decorated, plus a very comfortable bed. You'll find everything you need for your stay in your room. Plenty of dining options nearby (huge great-value schnitzels at Maggie's!) and a great breakfast across the road.

The people working in the place are very friendly, making the stay more comfortable.
For the price I paid the food and the service was excellent.
What I liked the most was their kindness, warmth and willingness to help. The beds are good and with a lot of privacy. That's important, they don't make noise when you sleep.
