Very nice apartament in the centrum. Easy selv check in. And it was easy to contact the owner. Very close secure parking. Beautiful Antwerp. We would like to visit the city again and stay in Citystay apartament.

My stay was perfect: from the very central location that made my travels around the city very easy and made me feel safe at night; to the kindness of the staff; my room (107) so tastefully decorated and quiet; the delicious breakfast in the hotel garden. I had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with the owner, a very friendly person and attentive to her guests.

This was the best hotel we've ever been to. The space is beautifully designed, it's right in the center of Antwerp, our room was spacious and everything looks sleek and new. Breakfast is included and incredible. The best part was however the service, which was simply stellar. All staff are the most polite people who you'll ever meet. I plan to recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The entrance smelled so nice and was immediately very calm. We entered the room and it gave us such a nice vibe for our girls trip! Very clean and cozy. The only thing; there was no elevator to our room and I am pregnant so I couldn’t carry my luggage upstairs myself. If you can’t carry you have to check the options for rooms you can enter through the elevator. 😊

Eclectic decoration in all the rooms puts this hotel miles ahead of any standard “Holiday Inn”. Despite our really short stay, the staff did everything above and beyond to make sure we optimised our time and had a great trip. All the major sights are within 10-20 minutes walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
