We really enjoyed our stay at Arcadia hotel. Everything was new and very clean. The hotel had just recently been opened (a week before) and every detail in the room was thought of. The kitchen is the most equipped kitchen I have seen in a hotel. The bathroom offers full size shower products. The view is breathtaking with the large windows and the room is very spacious even though it wasn’t a suite, it was a king room. The only negative thing I would say is the absence of an elevator and made going up to our room in the fourth floor quite difficult. So if you’re not comfortable with that, try to book a room in the lower levels. But if you have luggage, there is a small luggage elevator that you could use. Otherwise everything else was exceptional. Would definitely recommend!

Hotel Gault's staff were great, helpful, and courteous (especially Brian and Noks). We came earlier than the usual check-in time, so my husband and I roamed the area, which is very close to Old Montreal attractions. The hotel has a luggage storage area, so we are not worried about our luggage while waiting for our room to be ready. When we came back, we were told that our room had been upgraded to a nicer one, which made our stay in this hotel much special. Pillows are so huggable. We had a very nice and relaxing sleep. Breakfast was really good. We had our breakfast delivered to the room as we wanted to relax and watch TV while having our meal. Cleanliness: The room is really clean, the towels are new, and the toiletries are good, but they need to pay more attention to maintaining and deep cleaning the toilet bowl and bathroom, as they are very close to getting a bad review.

Great location; very comfortable bed.... husband is 6'1", and the bed was definitely big enough. We did not find it overly noisy once the windows were closed. Air conditioning works very well. Loved watching the buskers on the street below.
