Absolutely great place to stay. Highly recommended! The service was fantastic, we loved the design of the room. Morning breakfast was perfect. Fresh, delicious with local twist. They treated us with an extra care, when I informed about my husband birthday. Our breakfast was surprised with delicious birthday cake and a candle light! This explains everything!

I loved my stay here! The location is absolutely perfect—there was a beautiful Christmas market right outside, which made everything feel so festive. Plus, the tram station is only about a 3-minute walk, and the river is just 2 minutes away. The bathroom was stunning—really spacious and beautifully designed. The bed was super comfortable too. Another nice touch was the coffee station just outside the room—so handy in the mornings! And I have to mention the staff—they were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

The location was perfect. Easy access to the river, Congress and food. The decoration is practical and has all that we need including a fan. The lounge’s simple coffee, croissant and apple is just nice for breakfast. The hotel offer free Basel pass to use the public transport. My friend forget her wallet with cards and some foreign currencies in the safe. We contacted the staff and they kept it for us and it was returned with everything still intact. Thank you for your professionalism and integrity. We are very grateful. 🙏🏻

The facilities were almost like a 4 star hotel, they even have the disposable slippers! Staff was very friendly. Location was great. It had it's own car park with a charging facility. It was 10 min walk from the center, although climbing back might take a little longer. :) We stayed here on our way to Italy and if we pass by again we will definitely stay here again. This hotel put the standards too high in the beginning of our holiday and none of the other places could catch the same level.
