We got the room with river view + balcony. Great view, lots of amenities provided (or available per request), room was big enough and clean. If u have a balcony, suggest to call for room service at least for breakfast, so worth it.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff was attentive, the room was nice and clean. The location is perfect, near to Lucerne lake. This hotel is a gem, everything was fabulous! Our room was spacious, very very comfortable, and had an amazing view of the lake (which is at a stone's throw away). 5 star breakfast buffet. The staff was very welcoming and family-friendly (our son received a small gift).
