It was very hot, no problem with cold weather. It was clean..check in was very easy and fast. Parking is excellent, near to flat. Its quite, lidl is close to flat. Also alianz arena is 15 minutes far... my recommendation.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic, we have truly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, the parking space we were provided with was safe & convenient. The staff at the property were super brilliant, especially Mr. Till who goes above and beyond in assisting his guests, he took a lot of interest in telling us what all things can be done in Munich and the passion with which he was seen doing that was appreciable. Truly someone who meant for customer service. The location was equally good too, underground train station was right next to the hotel which connects to all important points. Last by no means least, all staffs at the bar/restaurant was equally good too and the food was tasty. A place truly recommended to all who comes to Munich.

The hotel is near to the metro station. The staff was kind. The room was cleaned and confy and have all the facilities we needed. There is parking.

Free parking can be found 5 minutes from the hotel at the gas station. You are 5 minutes from the bus stop or 15 minutes from the train station (U-bahn) which makes it very easy and fast to get to the center of Munich. The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is neat and clean. The room is spacious with everything you need. The hotel has good heating and the breakfast is decent and tasty, with everything you need.

Host appears to have a quirky personality making getting the key a mini mystery tour. Fortunately the lock box was unlocked as we never found the red candle behind the box near the frog statue … which was were we should have found the code for the lockbox. Finding the key grew bothersome quite quickly after travelling all day.

Rooms were newly renovated and spacious. Beds were comfortable with fluffy pillows and amazing duvet. Hotel itself was near the center, around 10 min by tram. In addition, hotel had a great breakfast buffet, and the staff was so friendly.
