Beautiful property, wonderful staff, slyvie and sebastien took good care of us for start to finish, and they had lovely staff working for them. Provided helpful I for about getting around town, and delicious breakfast food too.

Mikael was great, the facilities are fantastic and it was such an easy place to settle in quickly to enjoy our stay.

Nothing to complain about. We spent one night, after the harsh thunderstorm, it was hot and wet, but the temperature went down through the night. We slept with the fully open window on the 6th floor, the window was pointing towards a quite busy road, so I suggest tasting some wine in Bordeaux before going to sleep. Having a proper kitchen is very comfortable, the distance to the center is walkable if you're a youngster and from a country where people are used to walking a lot

The room was adequate to my needs, very comfortable bed and pillows. Cruise ship style ensuite, great shower. Room was serviced after two nights . The girls in reception were very friendly and easy going. Parking was free ,plentiful and secure.....which is rare in the city. After many ordinary reviews, I was hesitant to book. So glad I did . Great value for money !
