We were offered an upgraded room which we really appreciated. The staff, breakfast and facilities were excellent. The location was great for us, not being central, we found it quiet and relaxing.

Extremely welcoming and competent staff, always with a smile, finding solutions to everything, open to suggestions. Breakfast is excellent, varied, offering local products and specialties. The location is ideal if you want to avoid the busy city centre. Kifissia is a lovely leafy suburb, but also a commercial hub with very easy metro access to the centre of Athens.

Very nice, clean, big space in a nice safe area with easy public transport options and a very friendly owner. I had to last minute make a change in days (1 day less), and he accepted the refund request no issue. Highly recommend this place.

We arrived at the airport in Athen quite late in the evening, got our rental car and stopped at the studio for one night. We got there at eleven o clock. Parking was easy right in front of the house. Check in was self check in with the key in a box in front of the house. There were two beds and a couch, all in one room, enough space for the five of us (two adults, and three children). Very good value for the money.
