Both brothers (Nasir bhai and Amir bhai) were very helpfull, decent and caring as well, it was a pleasant staying experience of 4 days for me and my wife. Hot water, Hot cofee, Hot tea always reached within 10 mins after ordering that was an excellent service provided by them as well. Food was also affordable and delicious, Geyser and bed heater service was also impressive in such low electric region, which is also appreciable. They also used to book cabs for us at reasonable rate. Overall highly appreciable service provided by them, which is really speechless. I will definitely refer my friends and families to stay at HB New world.

Mr. Latef was very helpful from the moment I booked. He was very flexible on terms and proposed me a few plans according to my request, feelings, and budget on my arrival. In fact, I had a vague idea of what I wanted to do, I just wanted to relax and enjoy nature in the quiet environment. I felt I could trust Mr. Latef as a person and 3 nights 4 days of my short Kashimir stay started. The people who he connected me to proceed with the trips were also very trustworthy and good. Initially, I had reserved the room for only one day with the intention of physically inspecting and booking another hotel for the remaining three days. Despite the hotel not boasting extravagant aesthetics, the warmth, cooperation, and genuine hospitality extended by the owner, Sameer Yousuf, compelled me to prolong my stay for the entire four days. I explored Gulmarg, Sonamarg, and Pahalgam during my travels, all while staying in Srinagar with well-organized travel arrangements facilitated by the hotel owner. Situated right next to Dal Lake, this hotel's only drawback is its location on a pedestrian road, inaccessible to large vehicles. A three-minute walk from the ghat is necessary, or alternatively, one can always opt for the delightful experience of using the "Shikara," a special boat on Dal Lake, from ghat 1 directly to the hotel door.
