I liked the most the service! Mirza welcomed us warmly when we arrived, he is very friendly and gave all the information needed! The rooms were nice having everything you are promised in the description. We were not happy with the room we were given, and when we asked for another one, they immediately accommodated our request. Plenty of parking space outside the hotel, and good breakfast. Also close to the main road, so easy to reach.

Great hotel, with a very friendly staff, I strongly recommend!!! Very good value for what they offer. They recoomended a perfect place to see the Northern lights, and only because of that I was able to see the lights!!! :) Was a great experience!!!!

The amount of space, layout, view, and convenience going in/out of Reykjavik. It was super easy to check in/out, and responses from staff were courteous and speedy. We only cooked one night, but the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and most importantly a wine/bottle opener. 😀. Parking was plenty, and although we'd be getting home late at night, we never had issues parking near the building.

Very kind and cooperative staff. They helped us to buy tickets for the FlyBus. The room was big, clean and well equipped. The room had its own bathroom with toilet and it was very clean too. We had warm weather during our visit and despite there was no air conditioning in the room the temperature at night was very good for sleep. The hotel is not in Reykjavik, but there is a bus stop nearby and with city transport it is very easy to reach Reykjavik. We used bus line 2 to go to Reykjavik and to come back to the hotel.
