The environment was very welcoming - calming - serene. The staff very accommodating. The breakfast had wonderful options and the breakfast room itself was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the historic centre of the city.

A lovely, clean family-run hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, an excellent location on a quiet street in old Perugia, and rooms and breakfast which are good value for money. Thoroughly recommended; we would stay here again without hesitation.

Staff was very helpful from the very beginning of our stay sending us all the information and answering our questions. Localization couldn’t be any better, we stayed in the heart of the old city. Perugia is underrated and is the best place to plan other destinations like Assisi or Florence (only 2h away). Highly recommended!

we loved everything about the property! Perugia is such a beautiful town and you have access to everything on your doorstep with this location, it is within walking distance from the train station, you have a number of bars and restaurants close by too. Deb went above and beyond for us, was so helpful and accommodating and the property had everything we could need! we were so appreciative of her great restaurant recommendations, and were lucky enough to get discounts along with free breakfast everyday at the local cafe, during siesta time we really appreciated the access to Netflix too! overall, would absolutely recommend this apartment and would love to visit again and stay here. thank you so much Deb for everything 💗

The apartment was big and very good; it was perfect for friends, family, or couples. It is 2 minutes away from Centro Storico di Peruggia. It has everything needed; you could even cook. Laura, the host, is a great person; she even helped us with the luggage and was very helpful for everything we needed. I do strongly recommend it.

This apartment is beautiful me and my little girl booked it as part of a EDT and it's so ideal for everything. Couldn't fault it at all so will be using it regularly. Locally to everything totally loved it! Sat outside in the evening to have a cup of tea and was do peaceful the food people was cooking in other apartments filled the air we ended going back into town for pizza
