The room is excellent and big. Everything was nice, comfortable and tidy. The utilities are of good quality. The location is great, as it near the train, metro and a bus stop straight in front of the door. The guest house is run by the nicest, most helpful host ever! She just took over and renovated the place and will go out of her way to make you comfortable.. Great location in a quiet residential area right at Circo Massimo. Nice little garden.

The location was very convenient to why I was there. The breakfast was always amazing fresh fruit, juices, tea's, pastries, variety of meats and cheeses and fresh coffee ( americano or cappuccino).

Great location, about a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum which we enjoyed visiting in the evenings. A couple of nice restaurants close to the location too which was very convenient. Clean and tidy, and check in process was seamless 🇮🇹

This is an exceptional little apartment, it's very modern and well-organised, perfect in every detail. It's also very quiet and safe too, because although it's in the heart of Rome, ona main road so it's easy to get there, the room is in an internal part of the building, in a lovely courtyard. Communication with the owner was very easy too.I highly recommend this place.
