Room was exactly as in pictures, even the single room bed is big enough for two people so very comfortable. highly recommend this place, the receptionist is a very nice guy and showed me places to explore also made it possible for me to check in a bit early as the room was ready. The breakfast is also nice if you have time to enjoy you will like it a lot, they have many options

We love everything about this hotel. The warm of all of the staff welcoming us. We got upgraded for free to a suite annex. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to everything but quite enough from the crowds. Close enough to train station and lots of local eateries and bars.

The location is perfect. A 10-minute walk from the main train station, in a quiet part of the city, yet only a few minutes from the sights. Very clean, friendly staff (except the lady who serves breakfast, but that didn't bother me...everyone has a bad day). Satisfying breakfast for a small B&B. Large and nicely furnished rooms.

Everything was quite great - the room, the beds, the design, everything was very clean. Excellent location, close to all the main sights and transport; the neighborhood is very quiet, too. Superb and attentive staff. We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time in Venice.
